CAS(E) this Sketch and Reverse Confetti

CAS(E) this Sketch!

Hi everyone!  I have a really quick card to share to day (before the link-up expires) for the current CAS(E) this Sketch!  This challenge is one of my favorites!

I've used several Reverse Confetti die sets to pull this mostly white card together.  I used the Big Stripes Cover Panel to "impress" the pattern into my card front.  Love using my dies this way!  All the other die cuts are from Flowers for Mom Confetti Cuts.  My sentiment, from Celebrations, was stamped on the banner die with black ink.

Lil' Inker Designs Release: Day 3

Amy_AlphabetGemDies
Welcome to Day 3 of the Lil' Inker Designs August Release!  This release is FULL of amazing dies and stamps that are so versatile.......are you ready?  You should have arrived from Lisa Henke's blog.  Guess what??  The whole new release is now available and can be found HERE!!!

Today's project uses the previously released Alphabet Gems stamps with the NEW Alphabet Gems Die Set!  Yay!!!  So much you can do with these dies!  I've used them here to layer a darker color of cardstock for a shadow effect behind my word "LOVE".

Amy_AlphabetGemDies2

Now you may be wondering about that faceted heart die........I've used the Cover Up Die: Faceted.  This die has a "hidden" heart designed into the pattern (see graphic below)!  So I've die cut the cover up and watercolored with Picked Raspberry Distress Ink and then trimmed out the heart!  I attached it with just dots of Tombow Multi Mono so parts would be off the panel.  Speaking of the panels, they were die cut using the Side Stitched Rectangles and splattered with Picked Raspberry Distress Ink.  To finish everything off, I added my Alphabet Gem letters and a sentiment from All About Ampersand Stamp Set, with foam adhesive and added some Sparkling Clear Sequins from Pretty Pink Posh.

Now for the fun part!  There is a $15 gift certificate up for grabs for one lucky person who comments along the way!  One winner is chosen for each day!!

Welcome to Day 2 of the Lil' Inker Designs August Release!  This release is FULL of amazing dies and stamps that are so versatile.......are you ready?  You should have arrived from Lisa Henke's blog.  Guess what??  The whole new release is now available and can be found HERE!!!

I just love the stamp set I'm featuring today........Doodled Daisies!  This set will be so useful for all sorts of techniques!  Here I've white heat embossed my flowers onto watercolor cardstock and then used my Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers with a water brush.  With a very light Tumbled Glass Distress Ink wash, I colored in between all the flowers.  My sentiment was gold heat embossed onto a trimmed Fringe Scalloped Circle Die.

My next card uses more of the Doodled Daises along with the Quilted Stitched Spirals Die and the Boxed Up So Happy for You Die.  I've die cut the Boxed Up from the Dip Dyed Ombre Paper Pad and several times from white cardstock and adhered together.  A few of the Doodled Daisies and Sparkling Clear Sequins were added to the corner for decoration.

Tombow USA and Avery Elle Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Tombow USA and Avery Elle Blog Hop!
You arrived here from Cynthia Banessa's blog. If you stumbled across my blog make sure you start the hop party at the Avery Elle Blog.

I have a fun card to share using some products from both companies!  I started with a trimmed down white piece of cardstock and using my Tombow Irojiten Colored Pencil Set in Primary colors, I drew stripes every 1/4" with the red, blue, and green pencils to create a striped background for layering behind my focal image.  I love creating my own backgrounds and using pencils is a quick and easy way!

My Tough Guy image from Avery Elle was stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black, colored in with Copic markers, and die cut.  My image was layered onto a Double Pierced Rectangle Elle-ments and added to my striped background.

Lil' Inker Designs Release: Day 1

Amy_TheLittleThings_EverydayTags

Welcome to Day 1 of the Lil' Inker Designs August Release!  This release is FULL of amazing dies and stamps that are so versatile.......are you ready?  You should have arrived from Joy Taylor's blog.   Guess what??  The whole new release is now available and can be found HERE!!!

I'm starting things off with my favorite card of the release!  Laura has added to the fabulous series of Fringe Scalloped dies with the Fringe Scalloped Circles!  Yay!  I started with some polka dot paper and added a Fringe Scalloped Circle "frame" which was made with a standard circle and the middle Fringe Scalloped Circle.  I stamped and die cut my birdie (which is adorable and from the new set called The Little Things) and added it with foam adhesive.  A die cut "HELLO" in black was done using the Everyday Word Tags but I trimmed off the circle part that makes it a tag.  Flowers and leaf bunches from The Little Things were stamped/die cut and added in to my frame.

My next project uses a few other new products from this release:  Quilted Stitched Spiral Die and the Happy Birthday Border Die.  I went for a little retro for this with a fun Distress Ink Striped watercolor background and paired it with the Quilted Stitched Spiral Die.  Layered over top is the Happy Birthday Border Die done on a slant with black cardstock.  A fun sentiment from an OLDER set called Keep It Sassy was white heat embossed.  To finish this, I die cut some Seasonal Stars from watercolor scraps I had that matched my stripes!  And it wouldn't be complete without a few Sparkling Clear Sequins from Pretty Pink Posh!

Right at Home One Year Birthday Celebration Blog Hop!

BirthdayHop

Welcome to the Right at Home Stamps One Year Birthday Blog Hop!  I am so happy to help Nicole celebrate this milestone of releasing her first stamp set in the Right at Home collection.  Along with the rest of the Right at Home DT, I am sharing inspiration using Nicole's follow-up to her very popular set called Happy Mail.  The second version is called Happy Mail 2 and is so very adorable!

I decided to use the tiny solid envelope stamp in RAINBOW colors to help celebrate!  All inks are pigment inks from Avery Elle.  The coverage is just fantastic.  My stamped panel was trimmed down and adhered with foam adhesive to a trimmed standard notecard.  I love this sentiment which I've stamped with StazOn onto vellum and adhered with clear adhesive foam.
